Disclosed are a cartridge and an electronic cigarette having same. The cartridge comprises a liquid storage part (1), an atomization part (2) and a locking part (3), wherein e-liquid is stored in the liquid storage part (1) in a sealed manner; the atomization part (2) comprises: a shell (21), an inner wall thereof making sliding contact with an outer wall of the liquid storage part (1), and an atomization bin (22), which is arranged in the shell (21) and used for atomizing the e-liquid, and an e-liquid inlet hole (23) is provided in the atomization bin (22); and the locking part (3) comprises a convex part (31) and a concave part (32) matching the convex part (31), wherein the convex part (31) is arranged on the inner wall of the shell (21) and the concave part (32) is arranged on the outer wall of the liquid storage part (1), or the convex part (31) is arranged on the outer wall of the liquid storage part (1) and the concave part (32) is arranged on the inner wall of the shell (21), and when the shell (21) and the liquid storage part (1) are locked by means of the locking part (3) at a first position, the e-liquid and the atomization bin (22) are in a separated state. The cartridge structure can prevent the e-liquid from leaking and has a good sealing performance.
