Mental disease refers to a pathological mental state that affects a person's thinking, emotions, and behavior, and representatives include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), panic disorder, narcolepsy, bipolar disorder, depression, and schizophrenia. Mental disease is an area where the cause and mechanism of its invention is not identified even in modern medicine, and it is expected that the possibility of the invention of a mental disease can be predicted in advance by an individual SNP analysis. Therefore, the present invention relates to a system and apparatus for analyzing a genome related to mental illness using SNP, and the system according to the present invention is performed with an improved algorithm so that a reference value correction step for processing outliers is added from a conventional algorithm. It has the effect of providing disease prediction results.
