The present invention provides a gate region estimation program, etc., for estimation a gate region by using a learning model. This gate region estimation program causes a computer to carry out processing for: acquiring a scatter diagram group including a plurality of scatter diagrams acquired through measurement of flow cytometry of different measurement items; inputting the acquired scatter diagram group to a learning model obtained through learning based on training data including scatter diagram groups and the gate region; and outputting an estimated gate region acquired from the learning model.
