Metal-polymer capacitor comprising a dielectric film (110) arranged between a first electrode (101) and a second electrode (102), characterized in that the dielectric film (40) comprises: - nanoparticles (20) with a core-shell structure , the core (21) of the nanoparticles being metallic and the shell comprising a first layer (22) of an inorganic carbon material and a second layer (23) of a first polymer material, the nanoparticles having a low size distribution, - a matrix (50) in which the nanoparticles (20) are dispersed, the matrix (50) being an inorganic matrix or a matrix made of a second polymer material.
