A pretreatment unit for pretreating impurities by precipitation while circulating a plurality of divided spaces by operation of a pretreatment pump; A flotation treatment unit in the form of a water tank disposed on one side of the pretreatment unit and configured to support discharge of the sludge which is disposed on one side of the pretreated washing water in the form of overflow and reacts with the bubble to cause impurities to float to the top; A bubble generator disposed on one side of the flotation treatment unit and connected to a lower portion of the flotation treatment unit and provided to supply the fluid pressurized by rotation at a multistage position to the flotation treatment unit together with the bubbles generated by the rotation; A sludge collection unit disposed above the flotation treatment unit and moving and collecting the sludge raised in a caterpillar shape in a position across one side from the other side in the discharge direction of one side; And a sludge drying unit disposed on one side of the flotation treatment unit and filtering and drying the sludge collected and discharged from the flotation treatment unit in an environment in which air is injected.
