PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complement the herbicidal effect on annual weeds in pretreatment for weed development and high weeding on a wide range of annual weeds in weed growing season treatment by containing a photosynthesis-inhibiting herbicide and a carbamate-based soil treatment type herbicide. Provided is an effective herbicide composition having a high herbicidal effect in a wide range of weed growth stages. Further, to provide a herbicide method using the herbicide composition. A herbicide composition containing at least one source of a photosynthesis-inhibiting herbicide and containing at least one source of a carbamate-based soil-treated herbicide.
