PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce a frequency of use of a personal number card.;SOLUTION: A certificate generation system includes an information processor and a certificate generation device. The information processor reads out a signature certificate from a personal number card of a user; reads first biological information on the user; generates a set of a public key and a secret key; transmits the public key and information on the signature certificate to the certificate generation device; and when receiving a public key certificate including the public key from the certificate generation device, stores the public key certificate in association with the first biological information and secret key in a first storage unit. The certificate generation device, when receiving the public key from the information processor, controls generation of the public key certificate including the public key; transmits the generated public key certificate to the information processor; and stores the public key certificate in association with the information on the signature certificate in a second storage unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
