PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple decay diagnosing device of wood without damaging the wood in a non-decayed healthy state and also to provide a decay diagnosing method using the device, and a method for repairing wood equipment.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is a decay diagnosing device of test wood which includes: an abutting part having an abutting surface to the test wood; an elastic member; and an indenter which is energized and protruded to the test wood side by the elastic member. The maximum distance between the tip of the indenter and the abutting surface is 4-16 mm, and the distance between the tip of the indenter and the abutting surface can be reduced equal to or less than 3 mm.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
