To provide a mill which can improve a milling degree while eliminating a milling medium and reducing noise.SOLUTION: A mill with non-use of a milling medium comprises: a cylindrical drum body which can discharge a milled object a, which has been taken in from one part, from another part, and in which semi-cylindrical drum bodies 1 are combined; a central axis 2 which penetrates the drum body in a cylinder length direction; plural partition plates 4 which are fitted to the central axis at prescribed intervals in an axial direction, and partition an internal space of the drum body into plural milling chambers 6; and plural friction plates 5 which are fitted to the drum body, and respective face each partition plate. An uneven pattern is formed on a surface of the partition plate, the friction plate is provided with plural open holes which are concentrically located, and the partition plate has a wavy curved surface structure with peaks and valleys repeated at regular intervals in a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
