The hydraulic press consists of press stand 1, a joystick 16, a cylinder piston unit 2 and tensile pin cylinder 21. This press works in a closed hydraulic system and does not need an oil container, the cylinders, pumps and valves are supplied via pressure storage.The bumper 16 is extended over two bumper guide plates 19 to t he top, the bumper guide length 40 is approximately 3/2 of the pressure rod height. Extreme loads that lead to the 16-stroke stroke are detected by the 34 pressure sensors and fed to the pressure control, the delivery cylinders 45, 46 equals the external load. The cylinder system consumes only a few cm3 compression volumes per working cycle, it has an effective shock suppression and has a very good efficiency for hydraulic presses.
