Problem to be solved: to provide an admission management apparatus capable of properly grasping and injecting an intrusion of an entry into a facility, an admission management system equipped with the admission management system, and an admission management program.The admission management apparatus 10 includes an image acquiring section 11, a face detection section 12, a face collation section 15, a judging section 17, and a registration section 18.The image acquiring section 11 acquires a first image including a face of a first person photographed by a camera 21 before and after a lottery, and a second image including a face of a second person photographed upon entry.The face detecting section 12 detects a face portion included in the first and second images.The face collation section 15 compares the faces of the first and second persons detected by the face detecting section 12.The discriminator 17 determines whether or not the first and second persons included in the first and second images are the same.When it is determined that the first and second persons are different, the registering section 18 registers the first and second persons as illegal entry candidates.Diagram
