The present invention is a method for breeding high-quality livestock using wolfberry (a) gojija: mixing gojija leaves in a weight ratio of 10-40: 60-90; (b) preparing the wolfberry mixture of (a) by pulverizing the mixture to a size of 100 μm to 1000 μm; (c) preparing edible mushrooms by grinding them to a size of 20 μm to 50 μm; (d) the step (b) wolfberry mixture: preparing the mushroom powder of step (c) by mixing in a weight ratio of 20 to 60: 40 to 80; (e) inoculating a fermentation enzyme into the mixture of step (d); (f) fermenting the wolfberry mixture inoculated with the fermentation enzyme of step (e) for 3 to 5 days at a temperature of 20 to 35°C; (g) drying the wolfberry mixture in which the fermentation of step (f) is completed; (h) mixing and stirring the dried wolfberry mixture of step (g) per 1000 kg of feed for general livestock feeding by mixing 1 kg to 10 kg; (i) feeding and rearing the mixed feed of step (h) for 60 to 180 days before shipment of livestock; (j) including the step of shipping and commercializing livestock raised through the breeding process of step (i).
