PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buttonhole structure capable of suppressing deformation of a hole and a jacket capable of easily changing the left and right front alignment. SOLUTION: A jacket has a long retaining hole 23 and a small end hole because a passing cloth 17 is passed to a can stop position near the end of a buttonhole 21 provided on both a left front body 11 and a right front body 12. 24 are separated and not continuous. The can stop 22 is sewn including the delivery cloth 17, and the cloth 13 is provided with a force cloth between the outer material and the lining, if necessary. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
