Provided is a technology for evaluating a risk that a record of a randomized table is identified and estimated when knowledge of an attacker about a table is fixed. The technology comprises: a first calculation unit that calculates a first value ∑γPr[Δ(t)=t'ογ] being the sum relative to all shuffles of a probability Pr[Δ(t)=t'ογ] that a table Δ(t) anonymized by randomization Δ of an original table t and a table t'ογ represented as synthesis of a shuffle γ and the anonymized table t' are coincided; a second calculation unit that calculates a second value ∑γ(r)=r'Pr[Δ(t)=t'ογ] being the sum relative to a shuffle satisfying γ(r)=r' of the probability Pr[Δ(t)=t'ογ]; and a third calculation unit that calculates, from the first value and the second value, a third value ∑γ(r)=r'Pr[Δ(t)=t'ογ]/∑γPr[Δ(t)=t'ογ] as a risk evaluation value that a record number r and a record number r' are identified and estimated to correspond.
