PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to bend or form a work piece and cut the work piece simultaneously.SOLUTION: A forming tool (10) includes: a first arm member (12) having a forming portion (16) that includes a base (30) that is connected to a pressure pad (32) and a bending member (34); and a second arm member (18) pivotally connected to the first arm member (12). The second arm member (18) includes a die portion (22). A handle portion (20) and the die portion (22) move between an open position and a closed position in response to a force applied to handles (14, 20) of the first and second arm members (12, 28). The die portion (22) includes a die body (44) having a slot (46) and a bending channel (48). The slot (46) is complementary to the pressure pad (32) and the bending channel (48) is complementary to the bending member (34). The tool further includes a shearing plate (72) that is arranged to cut a work piece that has been inserted into the slot (46).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
