PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture change apparatus capable of changing a posture of leaf vegetables with a short conveyance distance, and a preparation apparatus for leaf vegetables using the posture change apparatus.;SOLUTION: A first pulley 21 and a second pulley 22 are rotated around horizontal axes having different heights, and the second pulley 22 is arranged above the first pulley 21. A third pulley 23 and a fourth pulley 24 are rotated around vertical axes different each other, face the first pulley 21 and the second pulley 22 respectively in the same direction, and are arranged with intervals in a direction perpendicular to a conveyance direction C. One groove 21a of the first pulley 21 and an upper side groove 23a of the third pulley 23 are stretched over a first round belt 31. The other groove 21b of the first pulley 21 and a lower side groove 23b of the third pulley 23 are stretched over a second round belt 32. One groove 22a of the second pulley 22 and an upper side groove 24a of the fourth pulley 24 are stretched over a third round belt 33.
