The present invention relates to a health diagnosis method based on image information taken of a sanitary napkin, and a computer program therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sanitary napkin configured to photograph the color of menstrual blood absorbed by the sanitary napkin or the reaction color of a reaction reagent by the menstrual blood with a camera of a mobile terminal, and to easily diagnose a user's health condition based on the photographed color characteristics. A health examination method based on image information photographed by, and a computer program for the same are disclosed.
