A method of classification (100) of a multivariate set of measurement data provided (50) is proposed by means of a machine learning system (10), whereby the machine learning system (10) has been taught to determine classification based on the multivariate set of measurement data (50), where the multivariate measurement data series (50) comprises a majority of measurement data (52) provided with different sensors.According to the invention, the machine learning system (10) classifies the multivariate measurement data series (50) according to the multivariate measurement data series (50), assigning the multivariate measurement data series (50) to one of at least two classes, with at least one of the classes characterising an incoming deviation of the measurement data (52) from an expected course.The invention also concerns a learning process (200) of the machine learning system (10), a computer program, a computer-readable storage medium, a computer device and a vehicle comprising the computer device.
