PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route price calculation device, a route price calculation method and a route price calculation program for calculating an appropriate route price of a route constituting a dead-end road. SOLUTION: A route price calculation device 1 has a route information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring route information including connection information indicating other routes to which each route is connected, and a dead-end road for each route based on the connection information. The determination unit 12 that determines whether the road is a first type that is not a dead end road or a second type that is a dead-end road is connected to a calculation target route that is a second type route for which the route price is calculated. Based on the difference in attributes between the connection route extraction unit 14 that extracts the connecting route by referring to the connection information, the route price acquisition unit 15 that acquires the route price of the connecting route, and the calculation target route and the connecting route. It includes a disparity value acquisition unit 16 for acquiring a preset disparity value, and a calculation unit 17 for calculating the route price of the route to be calculated by applying the disparity value to the route price of the connecting route.
