A traditional Chinese medicine supplementary diagnosis system based on syndrome factors, comprising: a database, used to store a traditional Chinese medicine knowledge graph, the traditional Chinese medicine knowledge graph comprising mapping relationships of symptoms to syndrome factors, syndrome factors to traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, syndrome factors to syndrome factor categories, traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and western medicine diagnoses to prescription names, prescription names and patient basic information to traditional Chinese medicine ingredients and dosages for prescriptions; a patient information acquisition module, used to acquire basic information, a symptom, and a western medicine diagnosis provided by a patient; a traditional Chinese medicine syndrome-type inference module, which, on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine knowledge graph, and on the basis of the symptom of the patient, infers a traditional Chinese medicine syndrome-type of the patient; and a potential medicine composition module, which, on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine knowledge graph, and on the basis of the basic information, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome-type, and the western medicine diagnosis of the patient, recommends a traditional Chinese medicine prescription. In the present invention, by means of introducing a traditional Chinese medicine knowledge graph, factors such as symptoms, basic patient information, and a western medicine diagnosis can be considered together when recommending a traditional Chinese medicine prescription, giving a more rational recommendation result.
