FIELD: medicine. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and namely to pediatric surgery. Then the costal arch is taken upwards. The Roux-off loop of the small intestine is formed taking into account the child's age. ;EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the invasiveness of surgery and provide a better view of the intervention area, provide the technical possibility of performing radical resection of the cyst with the reconstruction of the biliary tract in all variants of the common bile duct cyst in children of all ages; to carry out the prevention of postoperative complications caused by the failure of hepaticojejunostomy, stricture of biliodigestive anastomosis, cholangitis, cholangiolithiasis, prevention of atrophy of the rectus abdominis muscle; achieve a good cosmetic result in the area of the postoperative scar. ;3 cl, 1 ex, 4 dwg
