In the process of designing a research vessel, the present invention remarkably reduces the personal injury of the crew by arranging the crew accommodation area above the superstructure deck and the driving control area and space for various mounted equipment under the upper deck. A research vessel space arrangement method and space arrangement structure capable of securing a stable residential area that can reinforce the structure and significantly reduce the use of noise and vibration blocking members.
