The present invention discloses a multidimensional tissue change modeling method. The present invention relates to a method and system for modeling multidimensional organizational change. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the education model of the learner and each learner is horizontalized, verticalized, and diagonalized for successful digital transformation, rather than sequentially operating digital technology-related education provided in one direction according to a predetermined teaching method.
