The present invention is a carbon fiber; And a polyimide oligomer (Oligo-PI) mixture to which alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) is added, including, and to an organic-inorganic hybrid fiber composite material in which the mixture is dispersed in the carbon fiber. The present invention comprises the steps of (S1) imidizing a poly(amic acid, PAA) solution to prepare a polyimide; (S2) precipitating and filtering the polyimide in alcohol to obtain a polyimide oligomer; (S3) preparing a mixture by adding alumina to the polyimide oligomer; (S4) preparing a composite by dispersing the mixture in carbon fibers; (S5) preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid fiber composite material by a hot-press method of the composite; it provides an organic-inorganic hybrid fiber composite material manufacturing method comprising. The organic-inorganic hybrid fiber composite material of the present invention is made of a carbon fiber composite material based on polyimide oligomer (Oligo-PI) and alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) to further enhance physical and mechanical properties such as heat resistance or impact and flexural strength.
