To automatically switch between a system output and a self-supported output while preventing an abnormal behavior of a power storage system accompanying switching from the system output to the self-supported output.SOLUTION: The power storage system's full load type distribution board includes a switching switch for automatically switching to a self-supported output or a system output from a power storage unit on the basis of conditions of power supplied to a general distribution board connected to a load. When commercial power is switched from a normal state to a power failure state, the switching switch automatically switches power supplied to the general distribution board from the commercial power to a self-supported output from the power storage unit by being triggered by changes in a storage voltage output from the power storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
