To provide a method of deblocking the edge of a block of a sample of video data, corresponding to a content including high frequency information such as a screen content.SOLUTION: A deblocking method processes a sample along an edge corresponding to a borderline of two blocks, by applying a deblocking filter for a primary color channel, but not applying the deblocking filter for a secondary color channel, when prediction modes both of two adjoining blocks, of video data where each block of the video data includes the primary color channel and at least one secondary color channel are intra-block copies, and absolute difference of a block vector, i.e., the pixel accuracy of an integer number associated with the two adjoining blocks, are not equal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
