PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urban construction waste monitoring method, a system and a storage medium based on a blockchain which is traceable, can prevent tampering, and has high security and reliability. SOLUTION: This is a blockchain-based method for monitoring urban construction waste, in which steps are taken to establish an urban construction waste monitoring alliance chain capable of interconnecting and communicating tracking information, and the entire process of urban construction waste. It includes a step of acquiring tracking information of each node in the flow, a step of decentralized accounting of the tracking information, and a step of monitoring and tracking urban construction waste by an integrated tracking interface according to the decentralized accounting result.
