PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed tea leaf product which has never existed in the past and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A green tea leaf is separated into a tea leaf extract part and a non-tea leaf extract part, and the obtained non-tea leaf extract part is sorted into a tea leaf solid part and a non-tea leaf solid part, and the tea leaf extract part and the tea leaf solid part are selected. We propose a method for producing a processed tea leaf product in which the above is mixed, and a processed tea leaf product containing (1) a tea leaf extract portion and (2) a tea leaf solid portion and (3) not containing a non-tea leaf solid portion.
