A species conservation and remediation technique for Yangtze River aquatic animals. The specific operation process comprises the following steps: (1) selecting suitable all or part of a water area of Jiajiang River in which navigation is forbidden as construction bases of a species conservation and remediation operation place; (2) equipping each base with a corresponding flow velocity resistant ecological conservation facility according to the principle of allocating one set for one species, the facility being positioned by an anchor chain under the traction of a wharf boat to form a fixed or mobile conservation base; (3) using a flow velocity resistant ecological conservation technique to achieve the safe and controllable rescue and conservation of the diversified Yangtze River aquatic animals; (4) directly performing supplement and remediation by means of releasing by using a non-destructive enhancement and releasing rescue technique, so as to avoid secondary damage; and (5) reproducing a plurality of bases, and achieving fundamental restoration by means of batch conservation, large-scale releasing and supplement and remediation of diversified populations of the aquatic animals in Yangtze River.
