The present invention provides a use of trametinib in preparation of a medicine for preventing and/or treating non-alcoholic hepatitis, and a use of trametinib in preparation of a medicine for preventing and/or treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The present invention further provides a use of trametinib in preparation of a medicine for preventing and/or treating non-alcoholic hepatitis and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The results show that: trametinib can effectively reduce ALT, AST, CHO and TG values in a MCD model and lower the liver index, and in a trametinib treated group, the staining area is small, fat granules are disappeared and there is no inflammatory necrosis; and that trametinib can also effectively reduce fat and inflammatory response in a high-fat/fructose model, and in the trametinib treated group, the staining area is small, fat granules are significantly reduced and damage is less.
