The method relates to the field of GNSS satellite-based augmentation systems, and in particular relates to the fields of Beidou satellite precise orbit calculations and in-orbit abnormal maneuvering detection. Specifically, the method refers to a precise orbit and ground station data-based Beidou satellite maneuvering and anomaly detection method, the main features of which are to combine and compare a predicted precise orbit of a Beidou satellite with a satellite position calculated by a ground station, and determine whether the Beidou satellite in orbit is maneuvering and abnormal, so that the satellite maneuvering time may be accurately determined. The post-precise orbit of a Beidou satellite system and ground station observation data are used to detect the start and end times of the Beidou satellite maneuvering, which may determine the magnitude of the maneuver. Moreover, the method is also suitable for the detection of abnormal maneuvering of other satellite navigation systems and has a good generalization performance.
