A big data-based decision method, a device and a medium. Said method comprises: extracting a decision expression included in a big data decision request; decomposing the decision expression by levels according to operation levels, so as to obtain a plurality of level expressions corresponding to a plurality of operation levels respectively; determining a decision contribution degree of each level expression according to historical decision result data matching the level expressions and decision attributes of logic operators connected to level expressions of the same operation level; obtaining adjusted expressions according to the decision contribution degrees; acquiring service data in real time according to an operation sequence of the adjusted expressions, and filling same in corresponding sub-expressions for calculation, so as to obtain a calculation result matching the big data decision request. Said method can adjust the decision expressions, and optimize an execution sequence of the decision expressions, thereby reducing the acquisition and calculation of service data and improving the decision efficiency.
