摘要
The present invention relates to a hot forging method of 2507 grade super duplex stainless steel used for parts requiring high corrosion resistance, such as ships, petrochemicals, and power generation facilities. The present invention, by weight %, C: 0.03% or less, Si: 0.8% or less, Mn: 1.2% or less, Ni: 6.0 to 8.0%, Cr: 24.0 to 26.0%, Mo: 3.0 to 5.0%, N: 0.24 Hot forging at a molding speed of 3s -1 or less until cooled to 1150℃ after heating a stainless steel cast material with a ferrite-austenite abnormal structure composed of ~0.32%, remaining Fe and other inevitable impurities at 1200~1250℃ It is characterized by hot forging press at a molding speed of 2s -1 or less until it is cooled to 1100℃, and hot forging press at a molding speed of 1s -1 or less until it is cooled to 1050℃. According to the present invention, it is possible to minimize molding defects during hot forging by efficiently pressing the hard-to-process 2507-class super duplex stainless steel cast material, as well as to manufacture a molded part having an excellent microstructure.
