The present invention relates to a graphene oxide complex for detecting an electrochemically reduced cysteine modified with copper and phenanthroline derivatives and its application to a sensor electrode, and more particularly, to Cu 2+ and 1,10-phenanthroline- 5,6-dione-modified copper-phen-dione@electrically reduced graphene oxide complex (hereinafter, Cu 2+ -phen-dione@ERGO) can effectively detect L- cysteine, which is difficult to detect from urine samples. As a redox probe, the free carbon electrode coated with the copper-phen-dione@electrically reduced graphene oxide complex has a wide analysis range of 10 to 32,000 uM, excellent sensitivity of 0.0009 uA/uM, and 2.0 uM It has a minimum detection concentration of (S/N = 3) or less, and has a high reproducibility of 97% or more even during analysis without reprocessing, so it can be usefully used as a sensor electrode material for cysteine detection.
