The present invention relates to an infrastructure-based autonomous vehicle driving route supplement system and method using vehicle communication. The infrastructure-based autonomous vehicle driving route supplement system using vehicle communication according to the present invention includes an input unit for receiving driving information from the autonomous vehicle, and a memory and a program in which a program for correcting the path of the autonomous vehicle using driving information is stored. It includes a processor that executes, wherein the processor corrects at least one of a path and a speed of the autonomous vehicle by using driving information including driving behavior information and a location corresponding thereto.
