Disclosed are a coffee menu recommending apparatus for recommending a coffee menu through a learning model based on weather and meteorological data, and an operating method thereof. The coffee menu recommendation apparatus and its operation method according to the present invention construct a recommendation model capable of recommending a predetermined coffee menu according to the weather information and the weather data, based on machine learning, so that the weather information and the meteorological data at the current time point are stored. Based on the recommendation model, an appropriate coffee menu may be recommended to a user.
