When it is determined that a corresponding sub-menu or a corresponding answer is provided, and when it is determined that the user has input a word other than the representative keyword, an answer providing unit provides an answer most closely related to the word. As described above, according to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to construct a learning data set for career counseling, and commercialize an AI chatbot service based on a data set with improved quality through relearning. In addition, it is possible to solve the problem of universities or institutions that cannot provide counseling services for career paths due to the lack of labor costs of counselors.
