Bearing for crowd-forming machine or motion transmission system, armor mechanism lever comprising such bearing and shed forming machine comprising such a lever or such rolling Bearing (25) for a shed-forming machine or a system for transmitting motion to frames of a loom, which comprises an inner ring (72), an outer ring (74) and rolling elements ( 76). The inner race is centered on a major axis (A72), has two side surfaces normal to the major axis, and defines a circular peripheral raceway (80) centered on the major axis. The outer race (74) defines an inner race (82), which is circular and centered on the main axis. The rolling elements (76) are interposed, radially with respect to the main axis, between the peripheral raceway and the internal raceway, so as to guide the outer race in rotation relative to the inner race around the main axis. The inner ring (72) comprises at least one slot (90), opening onto the two side surfaces, extending opposite a portion of the peripheral raceway (80), and forms a bridge of material (94) between the light and the peripheral raceway. The material bridge (94) extends over an angular sector (99) of the inner ring, is centered on the main axis (A72) of the bearing and has an apex angle (α1) greater than or equal to the angle at the apex (β2) of an angular sector occupied by two rolling elements (76), preferably greater than or equal to the angle at the apex (β5) of an angular sector occupied by five rolling elements, preferably greater than or equal to the apex angle (β9) of an angular sector occupied by nine rolling elements, more preferably greater than or equal to the apex angle (β13) of an angular sector occupied by thirteen rolling elements.
