A hybridoma cell stain and a monoclonal antibody secreted therefrom and application thereof belong to the technical field of prevention and treatment of Trichinella spiralis (T. spiralis). Aiming at the technical problem of how to specifically diagnose trichinellosis, the disclosure provides a hybridoma cell strain deposited under an accession number of CGMCC No. 18317. Tests show that the monoclonal antibody Ts-ZH68-2A4-Ab secreted by the hybridoma cell strain can compete with the positive serum of pigs infected with T. spiralis for binding to Ts-ZH68 antigen, and the recognition peptide is 222GVDRSATCQGDSGGP236.
