摘要

Provided is an active power distribution network planning model establishment method taking into consideration site selection and capacity determination of electric vehicle charging stations. For site selection and capacity determination of electric vehicle charging stations, a traffic volume of electric vehicles is converted into a circulating charging demand in a traffic network. The method comprises: establishing, on the basis of an M/M/s queuing model and a circulation interception and site selection model in the traffic field, a traffic network model of electric vehicles; establishing, by using a timing sequence technique, a distributed power source (comprising wind power and photovoltaic power) and load model, and simulating output powers and demands of distributed power source and loads under different timing sequence scenarios; establishing, on the basis of an equivalent load concept, an energy storage component model in a power distribution network; and establishing a nested-layer planning model, by setting as objectives, financial gain, power distribution network reliability, and maximization of an intercepted traffic flow of electric vehicle charging stations, and improving, while optimizing system operations at an inner layer, construction investment costs of the active charging distribution network at an outer layer. The invention increases the overall financial gain of distribution network planning, and improves the voltage distribution of power distribution networks.
