Disclosed is a thermally activated delayed fluorescence material comprising a structure represented by formula (I) and having a low singlet-triplet energy gap, a high reverse intersystem crossing constant, and a high photoluminescence quantum yield. Furthermore, disclosed is an organic light-emitting diode comprising an anode, a cathode, a light-emitting layer, and an organic functional layer. The light-emitting layer and the organic functional layer are located between the anode and the cathode. One or both of the light-emitting layer and the organic functional layer comprise the thermally activated delayed fluorescent material having the structure represented by formula (I).
