PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a supporting position of a rotating shaft to be adjusted by a magnetic bearing in a high accurate manner at a rotary machine and a control device for the rotary machine.;SOLUTION: This invention comprises a casing 11; a rotating shaft 12 stored in the casing 11; a radial magnetic bearing 13 for rotatably supporting the rotating shaft 12 at the casing 11; a motor 15 for driving and rotating the rotating shaft 12; impellers 16, 17 arranged at the rotating shaft 12 within the casing 11; and a control device 18 for adjusting the supporting position of the rotating shaft 12 by the radial magnetic bearing 13. The control device 18 comprises FB control part 31 for adjusting the supporting position for the rotating shaft 12 by the radial magnetic bearing 13 along a radial direction on the basis of a radial position of the rotating shaft 12 in respect to the casing 11 and an FF control part 32 for adjusting the supporting position for the rotating shaft 12 by the radial magnetic bearing 13 on the basis of vibration the rotating shaft 12 corresponding to a pre-set operating state of the impellers 16, 17.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
