The ability to automate processes such as sampling, image acquisition, data preprocessing, and derivation of biomarkers, modeling, classification, and analysis processes can significantly affect basic studies of clinical decision-making and cell deformation.This disclosure combines 3D cell shape modeling with robust smooth surface reconstruction and shape morphometric measures to produce highly parallel pipeline workflows ranging from beginning to end of morphological analysis in 3D of thousands of nuclei and nucleoli.This method represents the reproducible technique that can efficiently and efficiently evaluate the cell shape in the image data, and can validate, modify and convert it in a biomedical community.This facilitates the reproducibility of the results, joint verification of the method, and widespread knowledge diffusion.
