Disclosed are a door-to-door delivery service system and method that can provide convenience to customers at low cost. The delivery management server used in the door-to-door delivery service system generates a moving route according to the delivery reservation of the customers received from the communication unit, which is a connection path between at least one customer terminal and the driver terminal, and the customer terminals, and the generated and a moving path management unit that provides information on the moving path to the driver's terminal. Here, the moving path is determined in consideration of the position of the driver possessing the driver's terminal, and the driver moves along the moving path to visit the customer and collect the goods.
