A magnetic resonance imaging radio frequency coil assembly (6) having high time domain signal stability, mainly consisting of a radio frequency transmitting coil unit (3), several radio frequency receiving coil units (1), and the structure of a housing (5). The radio frequency transmitting coil unit (3) needs to satisfy that the planar area of the radio frequency transmitting coil unit is greater than the sum of the planar layout areas of all the radio frequency receiving coil units (1); if the several radio frequency receiving coil units (1) are arranged at the inner side of the radio frequency transmitting coil unit (3), an array formed of the radio frequency receiving coil units (1) needs to satisfy that a total size is greater than the size of an imaging region, the perimeter of each radio frequency receiving coil unit (1) needs to be less than one tenth of the wavelength of a vacuum electromagnetic wave, and the occupancy ratio of thermal noise from a load is small in the radio frequency receiving coil unit (1); the radio frequency transmitting coil unit (3) and the radio frequency receiving coil unit (1) are directly placed inside the structure of the housing (5) and fixed opposite to each other; and the housing (5) comprises a fixing device interface (4) used for making the radio frequency coil assembly (6) and an imaged object have no relative displacement. The magnetic resonance imaging radio frequency coil assembly (6) having high time domain signal stability can better satisfy a magnetic resonance imaging task requirement.
