The present invention relates to a hybridoma cell line for producing a monoclonal antibody that exhibits specific immunoreactivity against Lactococcus garvieae, and a Lactococcus garvie-specific monoclonal antibody comprising the step of culturing the hybridoma cell line. It relates to a manufacturing method, a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to Lactococcus gavie produced by the hybridoma cell line, and a composition and kit for detecting Lactococcus gavie comprising the monoclonal antibody. By using the antibody according to the present invention, it is possible to quickly and accurately detect Lactococcus scabies infection before infection of many individuals occurs, thereby minimizing damage to farmed fishermen and rapid initial response of quarantine agencies. .
