The present invention relates to a system for positioning and estimating a posture of a multicopter using a three-dimensional magnetic field map in a geomagnetic disturbance environment, and a method for controlling the same. In a geomagnetic disturbance environment, which is an aspect of the present invention, the method for the server to estimate the positioning and posture of a drone based on a three-dimensional magnetic field map is to determine the distribution of magnetic field values around the first line with respect to the three-dimensional coordinates of the direction vector and the magnetic field. A first step of generating a three-dimensional magnetic field map provided as a value; and a second step of operating at least one multicopter based on the generated three-dimensional magnetic field map.
