This signal analysis device(10), which decomposes a signal to be analyzed into a plurality of anharmonic signals, is characterized by being provided with: a parameter candidate selection unit (103) which selects a combination candidate of parameters that define the plurality of anharmonic signals; an evaluation unit (104) which calculates an evaluation value that indicates an error between a waveform of the signal to be analyzed and a waveform obtained by the sum of a plurality of anharmonic signals that are defined by the selected combination; and a combination optimization unit (105) which determines, on the basis of the evaluation value, a combination of the parameters that define the plurality of anharmonic signals that represent the signal to be analyzed.
