The invention is a wind turbine for, in which innovations that increase efficiency and electricity generation capacity are applied to use in the wind energy systems, and it is characterized that it contains the electric machine (1), which transfers additional energy and power so as to meet the difference between the revolution depending on the structural losses of the wing turbines in the state of the art and the calculated wind permeability of the aerodynamic structure of the vanes and the revolution realized under load to rotate the main shaft (6) by the energy received from the energy storage unit (13) and/or external energy source (14) and under the commands received from the electric machine drive (11), and or stores the movement energy received from the main shaft (6) as a power generator in the energy storage unit (13); contains the electric machine driver (11), which enables operation of the electric machine (1) as an electric engine or power generator and regulates and controls the electric machine (1) based on the data received from the turbine operation and power control system (12); contains the turbine operation and power control system (12), which analyzes the data received from the sensors (10) installed in the various sections of the turbine, collects the data from the electric machine driver (11) of the energy storage unit (13) by using the transmission line 2 (15) and transmission line 3 (16) and transfers the data to the electric machine driver (11); contains the software, which calculates the efficiency/gain balance in the turbine operation and power control system (12) based on the external force affecting the wing turbine and activates and/or deactivates the component to the efficiency of the wind turbine according to the energy amount in the energy storage unit (13) and external energy sources (14); contains the sensors (10), which collect the data on the turbine and electric machine (1); and contains the external energy source (14), which provide the electrical machine driver (11) and energy storage unit (13) with low-cost, renewable and/or waste energy to for use when necessary.
