The present invention relates to a method for real-time system frequency and voltage fluctuation modeling according to reconstruction of a system network topology, and an electronic device therefor, the method comprising: acquiring system line information, device information, and switch information; calculating a power flow on the basis of the system line information, the device information, and the switch information; calculating a steady state condition of each device in the system on the basis of a result of calculating the power flow; calculating a coefficient matrix from the steady state condition of each device in the system; calculating a fluctuation amount of inflow current for each bus on the basis of the system line information and the switch information; configuring a state space model for the system in response to calculation of the fluctuation amount of inflow current for each bus; and determining a real-time system frequency and voltage fluctuation model on the basis of a normal model for the system.
